Band Aid – supergrupa charytatywna założona w 1984 roku przez Boba Geldofa i Midge'a Ure z grupy Ultravox, by pomóc mieszkańcom Etiopii w walce z głodem. Nagrali wspólnie z popularnymi ówcześnie artystami piosenkę "Do They Know It's Christmas?".

W 1989 r., gdy głód w Etiopii pojawił się ponownie powstała druga wersja tego przeboju. Tym razem w jego wykonaniu udział wzięli:
Kolejna wersja przeboju "Do They Know It's Christmas?" powstała w 2004 r. z inicjatywy Madonny. Formacja złożona z gwiazd współczesnej muzyki rozrywkowej przyjęła nazwę Band Aid 20. W skład zespołu wchodzili:
