Kiss Me, Feel Me (jap. キス・ミー、フィール・ミー, Kisu mī, fīru mī?) to tytuł japońskiej edycji płyty Edyty Górniak pt. Edyta Górniak. Album różni się od pozostałych edycji okładką, a także ilością oraz kolejnością umieszczenia utworów na płycie. Edycja japońska zawiera aż trzy bonusowe utwory, z czego dwa pierwsze zostały później umieszczone na polskiej edycji albumu w ramach jego reedycji. Layout wewnętrznej książeczki różni się od wersji polskiej językiem angielskim, w którym przedstawiono słowo wstępne i podziękowania Edyty Górniak. Ponadto, edycja ta została opatrzona dodatkową książeczką zawierajacą informacje w języku japońskim o piosenkarce do momentu wydania płyty, jak i transkrypcje/tłumaczenia piosenek, które znalazły się na krążku. Biografia oraz transkrypcje/tłumaczenia zapisane zostały sposobem poziomym yokogaki, od lewej do prawej. Natomiast dodatkowe informacje na grzbiecie płyty - na papierowej belce zwanej OBI, zapisem pionowym w kolumnach, w pionowym formacie tategaki. Autorem/tłumaczem biografii Edyty Górniak jest Toshiki Nakada (Cool Sound Inc.). Wydanie to różni się także od wersji międzynarodowej lepszą jakością nagrania, z czego słyną japońskie edycje.
